We understand that it may be difficult for some to process a family member or child’s gender transition. We have collected a few resources below which may be helpful for cisgender family members to deepen their understanding of gender and/or get support from other cisgender people. Cisgender (often abbreviated as cis) is a term for people whose gender identity matches the sex that they were assigned at birth. The below resources are not endorsed by TSBC.
