Helpful hint
All vials must leave our facility in a liquid nitrogen vapor tank. This is to ensure that the vials will remain frozen at the proper temperature until time for use or storage at a medical facility with cryostorage capacity.
Please call to schedule shipments or pick ups. We cannot accept retrieval requests via email or chat. All shipments are via Fedex.
Fees
Domestic shipping fees (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
- Standard two-day shipping is $375. Upgrades to overnight and Saturday delivery are available for additional fees.
- Tanks are for recipient use for seven days, including shipping days. Daily late fee is $25.
Additional information
- We ship anywhere in the US. Allow extra shipping days if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Call to schedule a shipment at least one week before you need your vials to leave our facility. You will need to provide the shipping address and any special shipping instructions at the time of scheduling the shipment.
- Call to schedule a pick-up at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Scheduled appointments are also required to drop off pick-up tanks.
- For all vial retrievals, after scheduling has been arranged by phone, we require written confirmation from the recipient.
- We will also facilitate shipments through third party couriers. Call for additional information and pricing.
- We charge an additional fee for same day cancellations or same day shipping requests
