Benefits of Becoming a Donor

There are many benefits to becoming a sperm donor. Many men feel good about helping others to have the family they always wanted. Families who have used our services often ask us to thank the donors on their behalf.

Additionally, donors receive the following more tangible benefits:

• FREE ongoing health screening throughout your participation in the donor program, including
  • STD testing
  • genetic testing
  • and physical exams
• You will learn about your fertility and genetic history.
• You will be paid $100 upon completion of personal and family health and social history forms.
• You will be paid $100 for every ejaculate that meets our minimum sperm count.
• You will be paid $100 for providing us with a childhood photo.
• You will be paid $500 when you complete the exit blood test (required 6 months after you retire from the program).

Finder's Fee

Refer a qualified donor applicant to TSBC and if he:

• passes the Intake Interview and
• attends at least one sample appointment
• you will receive a $50 Finder’s Fee

If that same donor successfully completes the entire screening process and works with us as a Program donor for six months or more you will receive an additional $500!

The applicant must identify you by name on the online application at the time of submission. You need not be a Program Donor to qualify for a finder’s fee, and you may refer as many candidates as you wish.
