To establish an account with us, we ask that you register through a licensed medical professional who can sign your semen order form as proof that you are under medical supervision. Any medical professional licensed to write prescriptions in your state can register with TSBC (this includes doctors, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, or certified nurse midwives). If one member of a group practice is registered with us, the entire practice is registered with us.
We ship sperm samples all over the world. If you live outside the United States, please read through the information below, then click here for more information specific to International Shipments.
You can not get on any donor notification lists or purchase donor sperm samples until both you and your medical professional have registered with us.
Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Choose a medical professional.
Step 2: Establish an account.
Step 3: Choose donors.
Step 4: Purchase donor inventory.
Please make note of the donor numbers you have purchased and/or the notification lists you are on.

Step 5: Place your order.
Step 6: Plan ahead.
After placing your order, check the Donor's inventory to decide if you want to purchase more vials for a subsequent cycle attempts. We do not automatically place your name on a notification list or set aside more vials for you nor can we can not predict whether your chosen Donor will have inventory the next time you call to purchase.
